$400 per lot/ dwelling unit proposed plus $350 in escrow for public hearing plus $45 per lot/dwelling proposed for peer review escrow, plus additional escrow as needed

 

 

Major Final Subdivision

$300 per lot/ dwelling unit proposed plus $350 in escrow for public hearing plus additional escrow as needed

 

 

Revisions to Approved Subdivision Plans

$100 base fee plus $300 per lot/ dwelling unit proposed plus $350 in escrow for public hearing plus additional escrow as needed
