The Planning Board meets on Tuesdays at 6:30 P.M at Dayton Town Hall. Please check the event calendar to verify the dates.
Planning Board Role:
The Planning Board is responsible for the review of Conditional Use Permits (all commercial/ business/industrial operations within the Town per the Zoning Ordinance) and the review of all Subdivision Applicaitons per Subdivision Regulations. The Planning Board also works to draft new ordinances and regulations at the direction of the Select Board.
