SELECTMEN’S MEETING MINUTES

PRESENT: Ed LeBlanc, Jim Trask, Keith Harris, Chris L’Heureux,

ABSENT: None

OTHERS PRESENT: Jim Roberts, M, Souliere, T. Poirier,

Selectman Ed LeBlanc declared the meeting open at 19:00

OLD BUSINESS:

1. Lengthy discussion was held re: an update on the school addition, people are getting bids together for pricing. We need to find a new concrete guy as Mike McKinney is not interested in doing a slab he doesn’t have the manpower or equipment to do a slab that big. Phone calls were made to find someone messages were left. Discussion was brought up by Ted Poirier that maybe we should just look at doing the tubes with a tarred bottom, after discussion it was decided to go this route. Ted Poirier will get everyone going on doing tar.

2. Culverts for the Hight Road are being replaced 3 out of 4 are done; last one will be done tomorrow. Mark Mooers has questions on the compaction. Jim Trask will talk to the contractor tomorrow and make sure its being done right.
