Dayton Planning Board

October 20, 2009

Members Present: Remi Caron (Chair), Dick Hall, Dan Plourde, Valerie Cole (Alt.)

Members Absent: Gary Cobleigh

Administrative: Dick Hall moved to approve the minutes from September 15, 2009. Dan Plourde seconded and all voted in favor.

Old Business:

WINDMILLS/TURBINES: Jim Roberts reported that the draft proposal was given to Attorney David Ordway. Mr. Ordway recommends accepting it as is, noting that there will probably be changes in the future.

LINWOOD ACRES: No new information.

New Business: None discussed.

There are no items on the agenda for November 3rd.The next meeting will be on Tuesday, November 17th, at 7:00 PM.

Meeting adjourned at 8:00 PM. Dick moved, Dan seconded and all voted in favor.
