Dayton Planning Board

April 6, 2009

Members Present: Dick Hall (Chair) Gary Cobleigh, Dan Plourde, Theresa Greeley-Payeur, Remi Caron,

Others Present: Jim Roberts (CEO) (Late Due to alarm issue.)

Administrative:

The Planning Board meeting began at 7:10 PM. (Late Due to alarm going off a no one knowing how to shut it off.)

Minutes from March 17, were read and approved. Gary Cobleigh motioned, Remy Caron seconded, all voted in favor.

Dick made a motion to have the Public Hearing for the revised Flood Plain Ordinance on May 5^th at the next Planning Board meeting.Remi seconded, all in favor.

Remi Caron made a motion to cancel the next meeting on April 20. 2009 with no new business. Gary seconded, all in favor.

The meeting was adjoined at 7:35pm with the next meeting being May 5.
