Dayton Planning Board

February 3, 2009

Members Present: Remi Caron, Valerie Cole (Alt.)

Others Present: Jim Roberts, Brian Plourde, Dan Plourde (future Board member)

Administrative:

Quorum not present, no minutes approved.

Jim Roberts introduced Dan Plourde, who is soon to be sworn in as a new Planning Board member.

Old Business:

LINWOOD ACRES: Brian Plourde appeared before the Board and asked for copies of minutes pertaining to Linwood Acres since it has been under his ownership.

He explained that he had not yet completed Phase 2 of the subdivision because of the poor economy. He had planned to have it completed by last fall. He requested an extension of two years for Phase 2

Jim Roberts noted that Phase 1 is complete except for selling the lots. There is a question as to whether there is a time constraint for starting Phase 2.

No part of Phases 1 and 2 are located in Lyman, but Remi Caron noted that Lyman should probably be informed of the request.

Mr. Plourde was asked to appear again before the Planning Board on February 17^th. The Lyman Planning Board will be notified of the meeting.

New Business:

No new business was discussed.

Remi Caron motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:30 PM. The next meeting will be held on February 17, 2009.
