Dayton Planning Board

June 2, 2009

 

Members Present: Dick Hall, Remi Caron, Teresa Greeley-Payeur, Dan Plourde, Valerie Cole (Alt.)

 

Others Present: Jim Roberts (CEO)

 

Administrative: Dan Plourde voted to approve the minutes of May 5, 2009. Teresa Greeley-Payeur seconded and all voted in favor.

 

Old Business:

PERSONELL: Dick Hall resigned as Chair. He nominated Remi Caron as the new Chair and Teresa seconded. All voted in favor.

 

Terms expire this year for Dick Hall and Valerie Cole; they will be renewed by the Selectmen.

 

New Business:

No new business discussed.

 

Dick motioned to cancel the June 16 meeting; Dan seconded and all voted in favor. The next meeting will be held on July 7, 2009.

 

The Board adjourned at 7:15 PM.
