1) ROADS – budget update 2) GMFR – request for two replacement vehicles (quotes in your folders) 3) School Warrant Article #7, update 4) Discussion on Select Board and warrant schedule 5) Payroll Company recommendations/negotiations update (cost summaries, emailed to SB and in yellow folders) (Trio Payroll processed on 12/16 did not complete cycle, Payroll company put in a ticket and Trio said there is nothing wrong) 6) Email blocking from Trio, Catalis; this is still an issue because we have no inhouse IT to talk to Trio 7) Floodplain Management Ordinance for the Town of Dayton (revisions, sent redlined copy via email to SB; if accepted, set date for Public Hearing) 8) EIN discussion for Dayton MSAU (see letter from David Ordway) |
