Dayton Planning Board

Members Present: Remi Caron (Chair), Dan Plourde, Rand Clark, Valerie Cole (Alt.)

Administrative:

Dan Plourde motioned to accept the minutes from October 2, 2012. Rand Clark seconded and all voted in favor.

 

Old Business:

RICK AHEARN, COOK’S BROOK PROPERTY:  Mr. Ahearn presented paperwork that the Board requested for review of the Cook’s Brook lot. He would like to sell the property as a house lot; previous conditions placed on the lot require Planning Board review before any action can take place. As requested, two test pits have been conducted, the right-of-way has been defined, and a 314-foot easement has been created for the abutter.

 

Remi Caron clarified with Jim Roberts that the Planning Board should produce a letter saying that this lot is approved for sale per Planning Board review.

 

Dan Plourde motioned to accept the lot as conforming to a buildable lot, based on Planning Board review. Rand Clark seconded, all voted in favor. 

 

New Business: None discussed.

 

The meeting adjourned at 7:30. There is nothing on the agenda; the next meeting will be Tuesday, November 20, 2012.
