New Business

DON SYLVESTRE, PROPERTY ON WHISPERING WILLOWS: Don Sylvestre bought property on Whispering Willows that had been previously placed in subdivision status by the former owner, Pat Fraiser. Mr. Sylvestre purchased 36 acres in addition to his original four acres. He would like to grant four acres to nephew Dan Sylvestre. The most recent parcel was sold at the five year mark.

Dick Hall advised that Mr. Sylvestre should present paperwork that the Board can act upon. Mr. Sylvestre is tentatively scheduled to appear again on Tuesday, June 1, 2010.
