The September 21, 2010 minutes were read and approved. Rand Clark moved to accept, Pat Sughrue seconded. All voted in favor.

The September 28, 2010 site walk minutes were read and approved. Rand Clark moved to accept, Pat Sughrue seconded. All voted in favor.

Old Business:

FPL ENERGY PARKING SPACES AT SKELTON DAM: The Dayton Planning Board voted to approve the five parking spaces as proposed by FPL Energy for Project 2527-039, issued June 28, 2004. (FERC Project 2527.)

Pat Sughrue motioned to approve, Rand Clark seconded, all voted in favor. FPL Energy will be notified by mail.

New Business:

None discussed.

The October 19, 2010 meeting is canceled. The next regular meeting will be November 2, 2010.

The meeting adjourned at 7:30 PM.
