Administrative:

Minutes from June 1, 2010 were read and approved.

The US Cellular Tower Public Hearing minutes were read and approved.

The US Cellular Tower Conditional Use Permit was read and approved.

Old Business:

BONNIE AND LARRY LACHANCE, GOODWINS MILLS FOOD PANRY:  Bonnie and Larry LaChance appeared before the Board to review the use of their apartment for the food pantry. They indicated that no neighbors had made any comments or complaints. Larry LaChance reported that neighbor Virginia Procter has offered parking for the employees if needed.

The Food Pantry is saving money on their utility bills, so they are very pleased with the arrangements. The Food Pantry would still like to find a permanent residence.

No neighbors were in attendance. Larry LaChance thanked all for the support.

US CELLULAR TOWER - MICROWAVE ANTENNA: US Cellular has not sent a list of approved RF engineers yet. There hasn’t been any work on the tower yet.

New Business:

None discussed

The July 6, 2010 meeting is canceled. Next meeting will be July 20, 2010 at 7:00 PM.
