Planning Board Site Walk (postponed)

Due to the rain and wind being forecasted this Saturday the Planning Board has postponed the scheduled site walk which was to be held on 8/10 for the proposed cell tower conditional use permit application. The Planning Board will determine new sitewalk date and time during or scheduled meeting on Tuesday 8/13.

The Planning Board will conduct a Site Walk of the following proposed projects at the time and location indicated below:

 

SATURDAY, AUGUST 10, 2024

 

9:00 AM

 

TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWER – Antoinette Burns, applicant on behalf of Tilson Infrastructure; David and Rose Marie Hill, owner. Conditional Use Permit for a 120’ tall transmission tower with a 12’ wide access road and overhead utilities for a property with street frontage off Hight Road and Clarks Mills Road. Tower to be located near 388 Hight Road. The property is located in the Rural Forest and Critical Rural zoning districts. Tax Map 1, Lot 16.
