SELECTMEN’S MEETING MINUTES                                                                                                              

May 21, 2007

PRESENT:  Ted Poirier, Angela Cushman, Ed LeBlanc, Jim Trask, Jim Roberts

Selectman Ted Poirier declared the meeting open at 19:08

EXECUTIVE SESSION:

APPOINTMENTS:

OLD BUSINESS:

  1. FEMA will be making a visit to Dayton sometime over the next week.
  2. Ed LeBlanc will be attending the mediation for the Steele Rd lawsuit on Wed, May 23.

NEW BUSINESS:

  1. Selectmen discussed establishing an employee handbook for the Town.
  2. Ted Poirier talked with the State regarding obtaining the loam being removed from the sides of Rt. 35 for the new ball fields.  Approximately 40 truck loads were delivered today.
  3. York County Budget was discussed by the Selectmen.  Jim Trask made a motion to appropriate $94, 233.55; the amount recommended by the York County Budget Committee; 2nd by Ed LeBlanc.  Passed 2/1.
