SELECTMEN’S MEETING MINUTES

PRESENT: Jim Trask, Keith Harris, Chris L’Heureux,

ABSENT: Ed LeBlanc

OTHERS PRESENT: Jim Roberts, Paul Poirier, Mike Frappier Skip Cushman, Mike Souliere,

Selectman Keith Harris declared the meeting open at 19:00

~ANNOUNCEMENTS: NONE

~APPOINTMENTS: NONE

OLD BUSINESS:

1. Jim Trask will draft a letter to Jack Taylor to consider resigning and find a person from the Town that is interested in taking a position on the planning board. He will bring it in next week for review.

~NEW BUSINESS:

1. Paul Poirier was in to let us know he is already for this winter sand and salt is all up and equipment is all operational. State police and York County Sheriffs have his numbers, he also stated that he is going to try and use some calcium this year also, the salt and sand for Townspeople will be ready this week.

2. Mike Frappier was in re: the proposed development on the Taylor land off Union Falls Road, he was requesting a copy of the Comprehensive Plan he was advised we have one copy in the Clerks Office and we won’t have any printed till the plan is approved by the State, He was told that this subdivision will fall under the current ordinances that the Town has in place now.
