SELECTMEN’S MEETING MINUTES

PRESENT: Ed LeBlanc, Keith Harris, Chris L’Heureux,

ABSENT: Jim Trask

OTHERS PRESENT: Jim Roberts, Mike Souliere, Paul Poirier

Selectman Ed LeBlanc declared the meeting open at 19:00

~ANNOUNCEMENTS: NONE

~APPOINTMENTS: NONE

OLD BUSINESS:

1. Ed LeBlanc has gotten 2 people for the Budget Committee. Dan Guay and Barbara Petersen. Ed will be confirming with them this week and the Board will be making nominations next week.

2. Paul Poirier says the cover for the salt/sand stock for townspeople will be done by next Monday, Jim Roberts will go up Monday afternoon and check to make sure it’s done.

~NEW BUSINESS:

1. Ed LeBlanc briefed the Board on the interviews for the part time Assessors position. Ed stated that there are 2 applicants going through the process. The 2 applicants are Sandra McCallum and Michelle Boisjoly. They are going through references now and will be meeting soon, Ed will keep us posted.
