SELECTMEN’S MEETING MINUTES

PRESENT: Ed LeBlanc, Keith Harris, Jim Trask, Chris L’Heureux,

ABSENT: None

OTHERS PRESENT: Jim Roberts, T. Poirier, Mike Souliere

Selectman Ed LeBlanc declared the meeting open at 19:00

~ANNOUNCEMENTS: NONE

~APPOINTMENTS: NONE

OLD BUSINESS:

1. Discussion was held re getting a hold of Skip Cushman and having a meeting on what the cost are looking at for the new portable; Ed stated that skip will try to stop in tonight if he doesn’t show he will see if skip will attend next weeks meeting to discuss this.

2. Jim Trask is working on getting information on the Palesky Tax Cap, he has some information that there may be other monies available to small Towns, he will let us know as soon as he gets the information.

3. Mike Souliere states that he is going to order the culverts for Hollis Road and start replacing them in the next couple of weeks or so depends on how long it takes for them to come in, he stated that he would also notify Dearborn about the culvert replacing.

4. Only 1 bid received so far for the Town Garage, Bids will be opened next Selectmen’s meeting.

5. Jim Trask spoke to Dennis Kerrigan at Union 7 he is working with Maine Municipal on getting the school and municipal rates separated in the bills, he will also let us know how much they can reimburse us. Jim will stay on top of this and keep us advised.

3. Contract with Poirier Excavating to do the landscaping around the new portable and new driveway. Contract price with seeding $2,500
