SELECTMEN’S MEETING MINUTES

October 04, 2004

PRESENT: Ed LeBlanc, Keith Harris, Jim Trask, Chris L’Heureux,

ABSENT: None

OTHERS PRESENT: Jim Roberts, T. Poirier,

Selectman Keith Harris declared the meeting open at 19:00

~ANNOUNCEMENTS: NONE

~APPOINTMENTS: NONE

OLD BUSINESS:

1. Ted Poirier wants to trade the left over loam from the portable project for the $500 that the town would owe him for removing the PVC fence and retaining wall and return site back to original state. Motioned by Keith Harris 2nd by Ed LeBlanc, Passed 3/0

2. Ed stated Union 7 has rewritten a copy of their Sexual Harassment Plan so it would fit the Town of Dayton, a copy has been sent to the underwriters for approval.

3. Selectmen went into the Comprehensive Plan’s meeting at 19:45 to review changes that were made from the public hearing on September 28, 2004. Selectmen re entered the Selectmen’s meeting at 19:55

~NEW BUSINESS:

1. Ed LeBlanc made a motion to open the polls at 7am on November 2 2004 and to close the polls at 8pm and it will be held at the School’s Multi Purpose Room.

2. Selectmen made a motion to have a 3rd Ballot Box made for this election; 2nd passed 3/0. Virginia Procter will see if Larry LeChance will make us one.

3. Trio Software Agreement for the Budgetary, Cash Receipting, and Payroll Software.

4. Selectmen’s meetings of September 13, 2004, September 20, 2004 and September 27, 2004. All were signed without changes.

5. Auditor’s Questionnaire from Macdonald Page Schatz Fletcher & Co LLC was filled out and mailed in

1. Palesky Workshop October 11, 2004 at 7pm at the Selectmen’s Office

2. Public Hearing on the Palesky impact to the Town October 26 2004 at 6:30 pm.

Motion by Keith Harris and seconded by Ed Leblanc to adjourn at 20:30
