SELECTMEN’S MEETING MINUTES
May 22, 2006
PRESENT: Ted Poirier, Ed Leblanc, Jim Trask, Angela Cushman

OTHERS PRESENT: John Gay, Millie Tuttle, Keith Harris
Selectman Ted Poirier declared the meeting open at 20:00
ANNOUNCEMENTS: NONE
APPOINTMENTS:
OLD BUSINESS:
1. Jim Trask gave an update on the Pest Control for the Town Office. Alpha Omega Pest Control came in on Saturday. Two nests were found and taken care of.
2. Ed LeBlanc will follow up on Transfer Station attendant not showing up on time.
~NEW BUSINESS:
1. Millie Tuttle gave an update on Eleven Town Group. The cost will be $5/capita for dispatch and PSAP. Mark Green from Sanford will be doing their own center and offering any towns to join. Jim Trask will follow up with Don Pomerleau on a cost just for PSAP. Towns need to give notification by July 1st the direction to the PUC via a letter. Jim Trask and Millie Tuttle will work on this together.
2. Offices will be closed on Monday. Warrant will be signed on Tuesday.
3. Keith Harris gave an update on clearing of land behind the Town Hall. Stump disposal, loam, and design fields (including parking and entrances) will be the next steps. A cemetery was located on the land. The cemetery will need to be cleanup.
4. Still need to find a Warden for the June 13th Election Day.
