SELECTMEN’S MEETING MINUTES
April 17, 2006

Selectman Ted Poirier declared the meeting open at 19:00

APPOINTMENTS: 1. None
OLD BUSINESS:
1. Jim Trask revised the Volunteer form (copy attached) Motion by Ed LeBlanc 2nd by Ted Poirier to implement this new form and get backgrounds checked. Passed 3/0 Jim Trask will be doing the Town Employee Back Ground Checks.
2. Proposal to clear land behind Town Hall for ball fields. Dunnells will clear land for the wood. Motion by Jim Trask to strip the property for potential athletic. Passed 3/0.
~NEW BUSINESS:
1. Hazardous Waste-decision needs to be made by April 21st whether to participate in the Disposal Day being held May 6th, 8-12am in Saco. Town Rep needed during the event to verify Dayton residents. Ted to follow up with coordinator to see if a Town Rep is required. Selectmen agreed to participate in the event.
2. Hollis Road to Dyer Road paving will start next week ($39/ton).
3. Public Hearing to be held on Mon, May 22nd at 6:30pm for Moratorium and Ordinance Changes. Valerie Cole to advertise.
