Second Item: Public Hearing to discuss a new application by Steve and Mary Korpi to create an 11-unit subdivision on South Street. The Korpis previously presented an application for an eight-lot subdivision on the same property. PUBLIC HEARING WILL BEGIN AT 7:40 PM AT TOWN HALL.
