ADMINISTRATIVE:
Minutes from the February 4, 2008 meeting were read and accepted. Dick Hall motioned, Rick Shaw seconded. All voted in favor.
OLD BUSINESS:
Brian Plourde, Linwood Acres Subdivision: Jim Roberts released more funds to Brian Plourde as he has completed more work on the subdivision road.
Proposed Zoning Changes: Members reviewed the proposed changes that will be discussed at the public hearing on Wednesday night, March 5th. The proposed changes deal with definitions, contract zoning, timberland harvesting, and shoreland zoning. The shoreland changes are to comply with the state mandates.
Rick Ahearn and Jodie Ahearn, Mobile Home Park: No new information. Jim Roberts talked with Mr. Ahearn and he indicated that the project is on hold.
NEW BUSINESS:
No new business was discussed.
Meeting adjourned at 7:30 PM. The March 17 meeting is canceled as there are no items on the agenda. The next meeting will be held on April 7, 2008.
