ADMINISTRATIVE:
Minutes for December 17, 2007 were read and approved. Dick Hall motioned, Derrick Vezina seconded, all voted in favor.
OLD BUSINESS:
STEPHEN AND MARY KORPI, SWAN POND SUBDIVISION:
The original subdivision plan had a property line going through a neighbors' garage and one lot with insufficient frontage along the brook. The Korpis want to sell the lot and submitted a new set of plans to change the property line so that it is 10 feet short of the brook. Lot 7 now has no brook frontage. The Korpis are also taking out the utilities easement. While surveying it was discovered that the neighbors' property line runs at an angle so the new plans reflect that also. There is sufficient setback from the neighbors' garage (approximately 15 feet.)
Dick Hall moved to accept the changes as proposed. Derrick Vezina seconded, all voted in favor.
RICK AHEARN AND JODIE AHEARN, MOBILE HOME PARK: No new information.
NEW BUSINESS:
No new business discussed.
Meeting adjourned at 8:00PM. There will be no meeting on January 21, 2008 because of Martin Luther King day. The next regular meeting will be Monday, February 4, 2008.
