ADMINISTRATIVE:
Minutes from the February 5, 2007 were reviewed and approved. Rick Shaw motioned, Tom McKenney seconded, all voted in favor.
OLD BUSINESS:
Personnel: Nancy Harriman has put in a resignation. She has also resubmitted members' hours, as members have not been paid yet. With her resignation, the position of Chair and timekeeper need to be filled. She introduced new member Tom McKenney.
Proposed Zoning Ordinance Changes: Jim handed out packets that he has been working on. He has two more sections to complete. Members decided to wait until more people are present to review the changes. A public hearing is tentatively planned for the week of April 23.
Linwood Acres: No new information.
Deborah Bean, Subdivision: No new information.
Rick Ahearn and Jodie Ahearn, Mobile Home Park: No new information.
Bresnahan Massage Therapy: No new information.
Moratorium on Building along Route 35: Expires soon.
Shaw Brothers Gravel Pit: No new information.
