In spite of the current weather, Spring is here, and it is time for me to follow-up on building permits and on going projects. Also, as a result of computerizing the assessment information, I may be visiting properties when I have questions about information on the assessment cards. It is impossible to make appointments in advance, so if you aren’t at home when I stop by, I will leave a card in the door if I have questions or need an interior inspection to complete my assessment.
